Many clients have come to me with complaints of Carpel Tunnel Syndrome it is a form of repetitive strain injury, or RSI, and affects those who work frequently with computers. There are many types of RSI including Golfer's Knee and Tennis Elbow but as this one presents frequently I thought I'd share this really useful link with you.
